Sahabat Pegadaian is a social media platform by Pegadaian, a well-known state-owned pawn shop. The objective of this project is to make Pegadaian more appealing to younger audiences on social media. Currently, the audience perceives Pegadaian as less relatable, so rebranding the social media strategy and communication to make it more relevant to younger audiences is crucial.
